Highway restrictions after single vehicle rollover

Motorists are being urged to slow down and obey traffic controls on the Goulburn Valley Hwy, north of Tallygaroopna, after a single vehicle rollover.

One lane of the highway has been closed and traffic controls put in place as the scene is cleared.

Leading Senior Constable Glenn Fitzgerald, of Victoria Police, said a 23-year-old Mooroopna man was travelling north along the highway about 10.54am on Monday, July 17 when the sedan he was driving rolled near the McKenzie Rd intersection.

He was the only occupant of the vehicle and was taken to GV Health with non-life-threatening injuries, including lacerations to his head and a possible broken nose.

Police are investigating the crash.
