Join a clinical psychologist for a community conversation session at the Murchison Community Centre on Thursday, April 27 for a flood recovery event.

Dr Rob Gordon specialises in supporting communities and emergency workers following disasters.

He has worked with those impacted by natural disasters such as cyclones, fires, earthquakes and floods, and in 2021 he was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for his work.

This event will be hosted by Greater Shepparton City Council in partnership with Emergency Recovery Victoria, Wellways and Goulburn Flood Recovery Service.

All residents are invited to celebrate the incredible community spirit displayed during and after the October 2022 floods.

Attendees can enjoy a cuppa while sharing their experiences and hearing from Dr Gordon.

The session will be held at the Murchison Community Centre, located at 10 Watson St, Murchison, from 6:45pm to 8:15pm.
