Local author’s book available to borrow

Congratulations to local author Kayla Sipou whose recently published children’s book Aurora’s Whisper is now available to borrow across the Riverina through the Mobile Library and is also stocked in Griffith City Library.

Kayla owns a great little business known as ‘Four Them’.

More than 75 people of various ages attended Can Assist’s morning tea last Thursday at the Coleambally Community Club.

It was more than just a morning tea as Janelle Armstrong, Ann Jones and Carol Farlow provided information on domestic violence and support agencies involved.

Warm up with the Coleambally branch of the Red Cross each Friday from 1.30pm at the Coleambally Community Club as they welcome all ages and genders to learn and play 500.

Stay on longer to have a chance to win the club’s amazing Friday night raffles.

The Coleambally branch of Red Cross has its annual general meeting at the Coleambally Community Club on Thursday, July 11, in the second dining room from noon with lunch provided.
