In an effort to provide a place of social connection and respite, Campaspe Shire Council has set up a temporary miniature library in the heart of Rochester.
The library, which opened on Tuesday, has been set up at the former Commonwealth Bank of Australia building in Gillies St.
The site will also be used by Campaspe Shire Council staff, who, until this week were temporarily working out of the 4Rs facility.
You can make all your council payments, lodge requests and make click and collect library services.
Be sure to check out the wonderful books on offer at council’s Customer Service Centre between 8.30am and 4.30pm from Tuesday to Thursday.
The centre will be closed for lunch between 12pm and 1pm.
