A Murchison man was unable to be revived after he collapsed in a Coles supermarket on Wednesday, March 9.
Shepparton Detective Senior Constable Nathan Berryman said the 44-year-old man was shopping in the store on Vaughan St, Shepparton, when he said he was feeling unwell.
Det Sen Constable Berryman said the man then collapsed about 7.30pm.
Members of the public commenced CPR before emergency services arrived, Det Sen Constable Berryman said.
He said the man received CPR for more than an hour, but could not be revived.
Det Sen Constable Berryman said the man’s cause of death was unknown at this stage.
