A farm worker has died in an accident at a Nathalia farm on Friday, June 23.
The 38-year-old man died when he was crushed while working on a skid steer loader between 4.30pm and 5pm.
WorkSafe is investigating the man’s death at the Scolyers Rd property.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
The death is the 28th confirmed workplace fatality for 2023.
There were 31 work-related deaths at the same time last year.
