The man who died in a crash at Shepparton East on Saturday, May 20, has been identified.
Police said he was a 49-year-old from Shepparton East.
He was the passenger in a ute that crashed into a power pole on Channel Rd at Shepparton East about 4.50pm.
The driver of the ute, a 52-year-old Shepparton man, was flown to a Melbourne hospital with upper body injuries in a serious but stable condition.
The crash happened just east of Beckham Rd.
