Congratulations to Steph and Rowan Parton, who welcomed baby Oliver Henry into the world on September 28 at 2.53pm.
Mum and baby are doing well.
Oliver was born at Benalla Health and weighed in at 3.62kg, measuring 52cm.
His grandparents, Theona, James, Michael and Kylie, were excited to meet him.
