This Cultural Diversity Week, from March 11 to 21, we welcome six new citizens to the Murray River Council region.

They came from United Kingdom, India and the Philippines to start a life on the Murray.

Murray River Council Mayor Chris Bilkey welcomed them at a recent ceremony in Moama.

Riverine Herald photographer Steve Huntley captured the proud moments the new citizens received their certificates and were declared Aussies once and for all.
