Motorbikes allegedly stolen in ram raid

Caught on film: CCTV footage taken of people allegedly involved in a ram raid theft of motorcycles from a Kyabram business on January 3.

A ute has been rammed into a Kyabram business and two motorbikes allegedly stolen in a brazen early morning robbery.

Police investigators have been told a man and woman have used a white Nissan Navara twin cab to ram into the building on Allan St about 4.15am on January 3.

They stole a Sherco brand motorcycle and left, towing it behind the ute.

They then returned to steal motorbike gear and another Sherco motorbike before driving off again.

The man is described as about 183cm tall, thin, wearing navy tracksuit pants and a black jumper with a face covering and a black cap and black ASICS brand shoes with a red logo.

The woman is described as about 165cm tall with a medium build and was wearing strappy sandals.

Campaspe Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for help from the public and have released CCTV footage of two people they believe may be able to assist with their inquires.

Officers believe one of the motorbikes may have been seen in the Mooroopna area.
