Motorcycle rider dies in Waranga Shores crash

A man died after his motorcycle and a four-wheel drive collided at Waranga Shores on Friday, March 17.

Police said the two vehicles collided on Rushworth-Tatura Rd about 3pm.

The motorbike rider, a 61-year-old man from Lutana, Tasmania, died at the scene.

The driver of the 4WD, an 87-year-old Nagambie man, has been charged with dangerous driving causing death.

The Nagambie man was been bailed to appear at the Shepparton Magistrates’ Court on Friday, March 24.
