Get ready for a hands-on event at the Shepparton edition of CraftAlive. Australia’s longest-running craft event series is packed with the latest craft supplies, kits and equipment for you to learn from leading craft experts this weekend.

Summer City Market

There are two days of sizzling summer sales from businesses you know and love waiting for you at the annual Summer City Market. There will be live music, performances and plenty of activities to entertain the kids. Echuca Pro Rodeo

Swifty Expression Session

Swim for Charity: 100 Lap Challenge

Dive in and make a splash for a good cause at the annual 100 Lap Challenge event in Tatura. The event is a beloved tradition in Tatura, where participants aim to swim 100 laps each and raise money for the Tatura Hospital and Nursing Home. Swimmers of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to participate.

When: 8am to 11.30am

Cost: No entry fee; participants or teams are expected to raise a minimum $100 sponsorship

Zaidee’s Mad Cow Mud Run

Zaidee’s Mad Cow Mud Run is Shepparton’s quirkiest obstacle event designed to challenge individuals or teams on designated courses, offering a fun and limit-testing experience. Owned and managed by Zaidee’s Rainbow Foundation, the event’s profits will contribute to raising awareness about organ and tissue donation.

Canoeing on the Goulburn

Gain a new perspective while canoeing on the heritage-listed Goulburn River. The morning canoeing session starts at Kaieltheban Park in Mooroopna and concludes at Dainton’s Bridge in Shepparton. The afternoon session will begin at Dainton’s Bridge in Shepparton and end at Jordan’s Bend in Shepparton North.

When: Morning session is from 9.30am to 11.15am and the afternoon session is from 1.30pm to 3.15pm

Kyabram Food Swap

The first Kyabram Food Swap for the year is here. The food swap will be an excellent opportunity for backyard fruit and vegetable gardeners to swap excess produce and food they don’t grow in their gardens. Bring along your goods, place them on the shared table and meet like-minded people. When you’re ready to leave, simply ‘shop’ from the table of goods left by others.
