The eight 2025 Rochester Mural Festival pieces are coming together well ahead of tomorrow’s judging.
Artists Marco Pennacchia, Christina Rankin, Chris Duffy, Kerry Nicholson, Isabel Kawai Vincent, Kristina Greenwood, Steve and Carole Monk, and Gren Freeman have been hard at work since Saturday, March 26.
Reflecting the theme ‘Life, Love, Music’, each mural has been painted from 8am to 5pm over the past six days.
The winner of the first prize, judges’ highly commended and people’s choice awards will be announced at 11am tomorrow, followed by a day of festivities.
Murals will be up for sale after judging to be collected after one year in the mural park, except the first prize winning piece which will remain in town.
