A woman who died in a crash between a car and truck at Nathalia on June 2 has been identified as a 59-year-old from Nathalia.
Police said a B-double truck was travelling north on the Murray Valley Hwy and a car was travelling south on the highway near the Barmah-Shepparton Rd intersection.
A witness told police the car had pulled out to pass another car before the car and truck collided head-on, police said.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
Police investigations into the crash are continuing.
The woman’s death is the 24th death on the region’s roads since New Year’s Eve.
