Car collectors should get ready for this weekend with the former National Holden Motor Museum auctioning off a range of items.
From bits of memorabilia to Holden cars, there will be something for everyone’s price range.
Australia’s oldest Holden museum closed its doors on April 14, and now the items it once housed are being sold off.
The auction is happening through company Burns & Co, with the auction conducted on-site at the now-closed museum at 11 Warren St, Echuca.
People can inspect items between 10am and 3pm on Thursday and Friday. However, Burns & Co has made it clear that this does not include starting any engines.
On Saturday from 8am, lots 1 to 600 are up for auction. This includes a lot of memorabilia like old Holden dealership brochures and a Shell Motor Oil sign.
On Sunday from 9am, Lots 601 to 731 will be auctioned, and this includes the biggest items, the cars.
