Annabelle Cleeland has retained the seat of Euroa for the National Party.
The seat was formerly held by Steph Ryan, who stepped away from politics at the election.
With 67.9 per cent of votes counted the two party preferred vote is currently sitting at 62.5 per cent for the Nationals, ahead of Labor on 37.5 per cent.
The statewide result will see Labor form a majority government, with a projected 48 seats.
