New learners celebrate in a fun way

Mathoura Public School’s Kindergarten class has celebrated 100 days of school, and celebrated in style.

Along with their Year 1 buddies, they dressed in period costumes from 100 years ago.

They also enjoyed a great number of fun activities organized by their teacher, Mrs Park.

Mathoura Preschool is well known for taking care of our youngest citizens and guiding them through their earliest learning experiences.

But when it comes to fundraising activities, the Preschool Committee seems to know only BIG - big prize lists and big prizes.

The committee will be conducting a raffle this month with, I believe, 1000 prizes to be won.

And even if there is not 1,000 you can guarantee they will be worth winning

To get your tickets, call the preschool or catch up with any preschool mums you might know.

The 2025 football season is a way off, but Mathoura Football Netball Club is on the hunt for coaches for its football teams.

They would be working with seniors, reserves, under-17 and under-14 teams.

Anyone who might be interested in working with this great club is invited to lodge any expression of interest with the club by emailing mathourafnc@gmail.com or by calling 0427 950 305.
