Light the Sky Festival, Moama

Rich River Golf Club will be hosting its annual New Year’s Eve event under a new name and with increased guest capacity this year.

Attendees will be treated to live music from Shepparton rockers JB and Me and the new Sensational 80s Tribute Show from Melbourne.

NYE Family Fun Day, Echuca

Those with little ones can head to Echuca Racecourse on New Year’s Eve for a day of free kids’ activities, live music and thoroughbred racing.

Book an umbrella package for your family and friends, or spread out on the lawn with a general admission ticket.

Shuttle buses will run from Echuca and Moama to and from the grounds from 11.30am to 5pm, with tickets from $10 at country.racing.com/echuca

New Year’s Eve at Opa, Echuca

Be serenaded into the new year by a bouzouki player while enjoying traditional Greek food at Opa.

A set menu of fresh summer selections is on offer from the restaurant, and upstairs or downstairs dining is available.

VIP Rooftop Party, Echuca

Party like a celebrity at the American Hotel’s VIP celebration, with exclusive perks for ticket-holders.

See midnight fireworks from the comfort of Garden Park in Cohuna with family and friends.
