Nine months at the Ensign ages sports reporter

Journalism can be a stressful job.

But not as stressful as this before and after photo might imply.

For those in the community who have not been aware, Hamish Donaldon has now finished up with the Ensign and is off to study to be a teacher in Melbourne.

While in the Rose City he was asked to participate in a unique art installation to be exhibited in the Benalla Art Gallery.

The theme of Scotty So’s +50 is ‘The future is shaped by those who can see it’.

The artist has used software to age a group of local people, bringing a connection to the town into its gallery.

There’s plenty on at Benalla Art Gallery this week, much aligned with the Benalla Street Art Festival.
