If you are considering nominating a business or employee for the 2024 Campaspe Murray Business Awards, now is the time to do so.
Applications for the business awards close on Friday.
The awards showcase excellence and innovation across a range of business and industry categories.
This year, three more categories have been added — Excellence in Health and Wellbeing, Excellence in Marketing and the Community Impact Award.
Applications are open to businesses operating within the Campaspe Shire and Murray River Council areas, with 15 business categories to choose from.
The 2024 award categories are:
- Campaspe Murray Business of the Year
- Edge FM Young Entrepreneur of the Year
- McPherson Media Best Retail Business
- Telstra Best Professional Service
- Foodmach Excellence in Manufacturing and Trade
- Kagome Excellence in Health and Wellbeing
- Echuca Moama Tourism Excellence in Marketing
- Melville & Hicks Lawyers Employee of the Year
- Rich River Golf Club Excellence in Hospitality
- Moama Bowling Club Best Home-based Business
- Greenhams Best Agri-business
- Coolabah Turf Best Professional Service – Community
- Community Bank Tongala and Mathoura Best New Business
- Discovery Parks Group Excellence in Tourism
- Echuca Regional Health Community Impact Award
Applications close June 27.
In addition to the nomination categories, the popular People’s Choice Award will once again be run this year.
The Nichol Trading People’s Choice Award category allows people to vote for their favourite finalist business, with voting open from July 25 to September 5.
Awards will be presented at the gala dinner on October 30.
