Authorised Yes and No cases for the 2023 Voice referendum have been published on the Australian Electoral Commission website.
The AEC said the cases had been uploaded as they were received by it, without any formatting or editing.
“They have been authorised by a majority of members of parliament who voted for and against the proposed law, respectively,” the AEC said.
“We will be using these authorised submissions for the process of translation as well as the typesetting for printing and physical distribution of the Yes/No pamphlet to all households.”
