Resilience Builders have launched an eResilience online course for regional Victorians.

Funded by the Victorian Department of Health, the free online course offers residents across 27 eligible local government areas the chance to build resilience through interactive modules, expert insights and practical tools and techniques.

The program, created by experts and backed by scientific evidence, is a holistic resilience program that provides course content centred around the four key areas of resilience: physical, emotional, social and spiritual.

“eResilience is a game-changer for people who are looking to positively shift their resilience and mental wellbeing,” Resilience Builders co-founder David Buttifant said.

“We are excited to offer this program to the communities of regional Victorians, and we are grateful for the support of the Victorian Government in making it possible.”

The program is designed to be short and self-paced as to fit around people’s busy schedules.

“eResilience is an important step towards creating a positive shift in the resilience and improving wellbeing of regional Victorians,” Mr Buttifant said.

“We are proud to offer this course, and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on individuals and communities throughout the region.”

The program is available for free for up to 2500 eligible regional Victorians.
