Pet of the week | Ned needs a home

Ned needs a home.

Meet Ned, an energetic and cheerful young dog who is on the lookout for his forever family.

Ned, a lively two-year-old heeler cross, is brimming with boundless energy.

He would thrive in a rural setting where he can explore to his heart’s content, or in a household with owners who are happy to keep active and out and about.

Ned adores playing fetch and gets along well with other dogs, making him an ideal companion for an energetic family. However, due to his spirited personality, Ned is best suited to homes without children under 10 years old.

With proper introductions and supervision, Ned has the potential to coexist happily with cats or small pets.

He’s already made impressive progress with his training and can come when called and sits on command.

This clever boy is keen to expand his skills and would thrive with an owner committed to his ongoing training and development.

If you’re ready to give Ned a chance in your loving home, complete the online adoption questionnaire. Applications must include photos of your secure yard.

If successful, a member of the Greater Shepparton Animal Shelter staff will reach out to arrange a meet and greet.
