Pet of the week | Piper

Ready to shine: Piper has a playful streak waiting to be uncovered in the right home.

Say hello to this week’s pet of the week – German shepherd cross Piper.

At 13 months old, Piper is a beautiful and sweet dog.

This sweet girl is shy and needs a patient, loving family to help ease her out of her shell and embrace her playful side.

Due to her timid personality, Piper is quite submissive when interacting with other dogs.

She is indifferent to cats, making her a potential good fit for homes with cats or small pets.

Piper can get jumpy when excited, so a home with a secure yard and without young children is ideal.

She is in need of further obedience and leash training, but it’s nothing a little love can’t fix.

Think Piper might be the one of you?

Fill out the online adoption form, and if successful, Greater Shepparton Animal Shelter staff will be in touch to arrange a meet and greet.

The application must include photos of your secure yard.
