A man was airlifted to hospital on the morning of Wednesday, February 22 after crash landing a light aircraft on a property at Lima East around 7.45am.
Benalla SES attended the scene.
An SES spokesperson said that when they arrived the man had already exited the aircraft and did not require any help to be freed.
Not long after, the air ambulance arrived and transferred him to a Melbourne hospital.
