Police are investigating whether the death of a man who died at Wunghnu early Saturday, September 16, was because of a medical condition.
Emergency services received reports a white Hyundai van had been driven off the Goulburn Valley Hwy near Carlisle St about 2.40am.
The driver, a man, 76, from Clifford Hill in South Australia, died at the scene.
Shepparton police Sergeant Mark Phillips said police officers who were going to investigate a noise complaint elsewhere found the vehicle.
He said the man was found beside the van and officers started CPR.
“It is being investigated as a possible medical condition,” Sgt Phillips said.
