Kyabram police will perform high-visibility patrols at the Kyabram Transit Centre this week after reports of anti-social behaviour before and after school hours.

Leading Senior Constable Shane Roberts of Campaspe Shire police said local officers had received reports from bus drivers and members of the community about students engaging in fights and other anti-social behaviour at the transit centre on Union St.

Officers conducted a patrol last Wednesday, February 15, and will do so again on a day yet to be determined this week.

Snr Const Roberts said police planned to perform patrols on random days for the next several weeks.

Anyone with information on anti-social behaviour at the transit centre is being encouraged to contact Kyabram police on 5853 1777.
