Police are investigating a two-vehicle collision near Riverside Plaza in Kialla on Friday, August 2.
A police vehicle and a black Mazda collided on the Goulburn Valley Hwy when police were trying to intercept a truck driver who was allegedly not wearing a seatbelt.
No-one was injured in the incident, which happened around 9.30am.
Police said both vehicles sustained minor damage.
Investigations are ongoing.
