Preschool an exceeding service

Yarrawonga Preschool have been rated as an Exceeding Service under the National Quality Framework in all seven quality areas.

In wonderful news for early childhood learning in Yarrawonga, Yarrawonga Preschool have been rated as an Exceeding Service under the National Quality Framework in all seven quality areas.

Goulburn Region Preschool Association (GRPSA), a not for profit, Early Years approved provider who Yarrawonga Preschool fall under jurisdictionally, are excited to share that this distinguished rating highlights the service’s exceptional quality in early childhood education and care.

Yarrawonga Preschool Teacher and Service Leader Jamie Gash said that this result reflects the dedication and passion the team has in achieving quality outcomes for all children and the efforts they have made to support the community.

“This is a celebration of the commitment our team has made in creating a program that is reflective of our service philosophy, holding at the centre that children are competent and capable,” Ms Gash said.

“We would like to extend thanks to the Yarrawonga and surrounds community and our Parent Committee for their support.

“Additionally, the support GRPSA provides our service so that we can focus our efforts on the education and care of children, cannot be understated.”

Early Childhood Manager Corina McLeod added that GRPSA are very proud of their Yarrawonga team whose passion, dedication and commitment to high quality education and care for the children of Yarrawonga ensures children feel safe, valued, capable, competent, and respected in their learning environment.

“Their new bush kinder program and connection to the local community is outstanding,” Ms McLeod said.

GRPSA and Yarrawonga Preschool would like to thank the Department of Education, the Yarrawonga and surrounds community and educators for their continued support.

If you would like your child to experience the quality education, care and Bush Kinder program at Yarrawonga Preschool, the early childhood learning centre offer free three and four-year-old kindergarten for 15 hours per week.

The 2025 program is full however you can place your child on the waitlist.
