The Shepparton-Katamatite Rd is blocked at Marungi after a truck rolled just after 1pm on May 8.
Senior Constable Darren Smith said the 51-year-old Shepparton man driving the refrigerated truck only received minor cuts in the crash.
He was travelling to Shepparton at the time of the accident.
At 2.15pm, the road was still blocked in both directions between Labuan Rd and Marungi Rd.
Police, CFA and Ambulance Victoria are all on scene.
Motorists are advised to take an alternate route.
