Greater Shepparton City Council has announced roadworks taking place in Shepparton this week and next week.
“Asset adjustment works” will take place on Skene St, Shepparton, from Wednesday, February 14, to Tuesday, February 20.
The works will occur along Skene St from Knight St to Nixon St from 9.30am to 2.30pm each day to avoid disrupting school traffic, given that Skene St is located near Notre Dame College and St Brendan’s Primary School.
The work areas are isolated to manholes and will block two bus spaces at a time, each day, during school hours.
Skene St will remain open to traffic throughout the works; however, traffic control and speed reductions will be in place.
Access to properties will be maintained throughout the duration of the works.
