Shepparton Art Museum is on the hunt for a new chief executive.
The search to appoint a new chief executive comes after artistic director and chief executive Rebecca Coates announced her resignation in December 2021, a month after the new precinct opened.
SAM board chair Stephen Merrylees said the team was looking for an applicant to “grow and develop” SAM into its new phase.
The SAM board has worked with Slade Group to develop and refine the position to consider elements of SAM Limited and the new museum.
Applications are open through the Slade Group website and close on Sunday, March 13.
