If you’re in the market for an adult entertainment business, strap in — the only one between Melbourne and Canberra has hit the market, and it comes with a giant pink horse to boot.

Club Rawhide is up for sale for the first time in 28 years, with owner Raelene Hardie retiring.

Stockdale and Leggo agent Vince Tassoni, who’s in charge of the sale, said there was nothing else like Rawhide in regional Victoria or southern NSW.

Unsurprisingly, he said Rawhide was a very different business to ones he had sold in the past.

“The uniqueness of it stands out, the only regional club like this in between Melbourne and Canberra, you get a lot of people from places like Bendigo and Albury who don’t have the same thing there,” he said.

“It’s a Shepparton icon, there’s a lot of potential with it as well — there’s plenty of room to expand.”

The business currently only operates two nights a week, with scope to increase that as part of expansion.

The club boasts all the fixtures you’d expect from such an establishment, with a full-length bar, dancing area and abundance of seating, as well as VIP rooms and booths.

The listing said the space offered “unlimited potential for functions”.

He said there was no public asking price, but encouraged genuine parties to make expressions of interest.
