Showgoers dress to impress

Father of the Day winner Lincoln Mead with his children.

It might have been a little windier than everyone hoped, but those attending the Finley Show on Sunday still came in their finest fashions ready to win.

A strong number contested the Junior Showgoer competitions categories, from tiny tots through to teenagers.

And from the adults gathered to watch the action, and enjoy the show, a Lady of the Day and Father of the Day were also selected.

Competitions entrants are judged not only on their outfits, but also their deportment and personalities.

Results were as follows:

Miss Tiny Tot - Wynnie Walsh, 1; Chloe Smith, 2.

Master Tiny Tot - Toby Fitzgerald, 1; Henry O’Loghlin, 2.

Junior Miss Spring - Scarlett Pyle, 1; Cassandra Dundon, 2.

Junior Master Spring - Sebastian Canas, 1; Caleb Kennedy, 2.

Miss Spring - Gabrielle Hoskin, 1; Indi Matheson, 2; Macy Pyle, 3.

Master Spring - Harley Dundon, 1; Elijah Tooke, 2; Jackson Pyle, 3.

Miss Teen - Remi Pyle.

Lady of the Day - Margaret Baldwin.

Father of the Day - Lincoln Mead.
