Emergency services responded to a single-vehicle collision on the intersection of the Cobram South and Benalla-Tocumwal Rds.
Cobram police, SES, CFA and Ambulance were called to the scene at 6.40pm on Monday, April 29.
Police said that a dual cab utility hit an embankment.
The sole occupant, a man from the Moira Shire area, was taken to Shepparton Hospital for observation.
The investigation into the crash's circumstances is ongoing.
