In a welcome boost to town morale, Australian music icons Vika and Linda Bull will headline a flood recovery concert at the Prince of Wales Hotel in Seymour on Saturday, May 27.

The sisters have performed with the likes of Paul Kelly, John Farnham and Jimmy Barnes and Seymour residents and visitors to town can expect an afternoon of soulful, uplifting music.

The concert is part of the state government’s $1 million Live Music for Flood Recovery Program aimed at attracting visitors to Victorian communities hit hard by the October 2022 flood.

Vika and Linda will be joined by Wallan-based country rock singer-songwriter Kaitlyn Thomas.

Along with the Seymour concert, a series of music events will also take place in Tallarook, Mooroopna, Euroa and Rochester.

The event will run from 1pm to 5pm. Everybody is welcome.
