Strathbogie Shire Council has launched a mobile flood recovery hub.

The hub will link flood victims to support services and gather feedback about potential projects and flood recovery planning.

Mayor Laura Binks said council wished to hear about what projects and activities were needed to support the shire’s recovery.

“Our region’s businesses have also been impacted, with some of our biggest tourist accommodation providers forced to close for what could be many months,” Cr Binks said.

The hub will be at the Binney St Twilight Market in Euroa on Friday, December 9, from 5pm to 7pm.

It will be near Daily Dose in Avenel on Wednesday, December 14, from 2pm to 6pm.

The hub will then be at the CFA shed at Kirwans Bridge on Thursday, December 15, from 1pm to 3pm, and at Jacobson’s Outlook at Nagambie on Thursday, December 15 from 4pm to 6pm.
