Projections

Monday, September 19, at Euroa Youth Space, Bury St, Euroa, 2pm to 5pm.

A workshop for kids over 12 years old to learn to create artwork and short films to project on to buildings and other surfaces. Projections will then be exhibited at Here and Now Festival on October 1.

Chatting about climate change

Wednesday, September 21, at Euroa Youth Space, Bury St, Euroa, 2pm to 5pm.

Discussion and hands-on activities about the changing climate and differences we can make in our community.

Italian cooking

Thursday, September 22, at Nagambie Youth Hub, Filson St, Nagambie, 1pm to 4pm.

Learn how to make some yummy savoury dishes, which we will share. Also, learn a bit about nutrition and smart food choices.

Free for kids over 12.

YMCA skateboarding

Friday, September 23, at Violet Town Skate Park, Tulip St, Violet Town, 10am to12pm, and Euroa Skate Park, Kirkland Ave, Euroa, 1pm to 3pm.

Come and join the blokes from the YMCA and learn some cool tricks and how to ride the Violet Town and Euroa skate parks.

Projections part two

Monday, September 26, at Euroa Youth Space, Bury St, Euroa, 2pm to 5pm.

Finish creating projections and films for the festival, then edit and run through the projections.

Creating flowers

Tuesday, September 27, at Nagambie Youth Hub, Filson St, Nagambie, 10.30am to 12.30pm, and Euroa Youth Space, Bury St, Euroa, 2pm to 4pm.

More than 6000 kilograms of clothing and textiles are sent to landfill every 10 minutes. Learn how to turn some of this waste into beautiful, delicate poppies.

Take some home to wear and make a collaborative flower wall to display in the youth space.

Mexican cooking

Thursday, September 29, at Nagambie Youth Hub, Filson St, Nagambie, 1pm to 4pm.

Kids aged 12 and above are encouraged to come along and learn how to make some yummy dishes to share.

There is no cost.

Free screening. Drink and popcorn/ice-cream supplied.
