Neon was the theme when Aleah Simmons was surprised by her family and friends with a sweet 16th birthday party on Saturday.
Modern and ‘80s inspired outfits were favoured in line with the theme.
Decorations and the birthday cake also spoke to the theme, with a black light turning the celebrations up a notch later in the day.
Aleah is the daughter of Michael and Rebecca Simmons, and her actual birthday was April 8.
