Tatura Primary School has had thousands of students engage in learning over the past 150 years.
Friendships have developed and lifelong connections have been made, all in a place where children have been given the skills for bright futures.
This Friday, October 18, we invite you to take a step back in time with the school as they celebrate this significant milestone of 150 years of education with a commemorative booklet inside The News.
This publication highlights key moments in the school’s rich history, showcases current initiatives, and celebrates past and present students and staff.
Packed with memories, photos and invaluable information, it serves as a time capsule of the school’s journey.
To further commemorate this achievement, the school will also open its doors to the community to celebrate this milestone with an open day on Saturday, October 26.
From noon until 5pm, the celebrations will include school tours, 30-plus market stalls, live entertainment, a reptile zoo, kids’ entertainment and much more.
There is plenty of fun for the whole family. Class reunions are also being encouraged.
Don’t miss the Tatura Primary School Celebrating 150 Years feature inside The News this Friday, and be sure to head along to the exciting open day.
A celebration not to be missed.
