The Tocumwal Foreshore Committee has released a community notice about Town Beach, advising the area will be closed from May 1 so grey water infrastructure can be installed.
Access will be limited to work crews only.
Some resurfacing will also be completed during this time to try and suppress some of the dust, as well as some freshwater system updates and tap replacements.
The Foreshore Committee appreciates community and visitor cooperation during this time and will advise once the work has been completed.

Anzac Day will be commemorated this year with a Dawn Service at 6am at the RSL Hall, along with a Gunfire Breakfast.
At 10.45am, those wishing to participate in the annual march are to form up at the Big Fish in Anzac Parade.
This will be followed by a service at the front of the RSL Hall at 11am.
Wreaths may be laid at both, or either of the services.

Congratulations to the Tocumwal Public School junior swimming relay team for their outstanding performance at the NSW State Swimming Carnival in Sydney last week.
Ivy Farrell, Mila Saraikin, Kobi Jones and Evelyn Crawford enjoyed every moment of this rare and special opportunity.
Their families extend a huge thank you to Geoff and Kerren Edwards for their unwavering support and encouragement in preparing the girls so well for this exciting event.
The girls finished second in their heat and clinched 29th place overall in the state, which is an incredible achievement.
They've also shaved another 15 seconds from their personal best time.
Well done, girls!
