Andrew Fairley Ave in Shepparton will be closed on Thursday and Friday this week.

Greater Shepparton City Council advises that works at the intersection of Andrew Fairley Ave, Lockwood Rd, Old Dookie Rd and the SPC entrance will force a closure of Andrew Fairley Ave from 7am Thursday, April 20 to 5pm Friday, April 21.

All traffic will need to detour using Mariem St, unless visiting a business on Lockwood Rd between Mariem St and Old Dookie Rd, all other traffic will be detoured to avoid the intersection.

Pedestrian and car park access will be maintained for employees wishing to travel to and from SPC.

The overall project will include upgrading the current roundabout to a signalised intersection that allows full truck turning movements in each direction to increase safety for all users; in particular pedestrian traffic.

Access to SPC and the adjacent homes and businesses will be maintained for the duration of works; however, there will be delays and detours in place, so consider alternative routes.
