The intersection of the Midland Hwy and Orrvale Rd in Shepparton East is set for an upgrade over the next month.
Safety upgrade works will include the construction of a pedestrian refuge island and continuation of the existing shared path on Orrvale Rd. Works will commence next Wednesday, April 26 and are expected to continue until mid-May (weather permitting).
Minor delays are anticipated on the Midland Hwy and Orrvale Rd while the works are under way. Motorists are advised to obey all worksite and advisory signage, including traffic controllers in the vicinity.
Greater Shepparton City Council asks residents and motorists to take care and be aware of the changed traffic conditions.
