Unilever Australia, known for brands like Omo, Rexona, and Dove, has partnered with Clean Up Australia, Cool.org, and Coles to provide free Clean Up Kits and educational resources to Cobram schools.

Amid concerns about the environment, which 44% of young Australians prioritize, the initiative aims to empower students with necessary skills and knowledge through updated educational materials.

Unilever is contributing $150,000 to fund five revised lesson plans on Cool.org, focusing on litter impact, circular economies, recycling labels, and proper waste disposal.

Additionally, up to 1,000 Clean Up Kits will be distributed nationwide.

Unilever Australia and New Zealand’s Nick Bangs emphasised the importance of preserving Australia's natural landscapes and reducing environmental impact through sustainable business practices.

Thea Stinear, CEO of Cool.org, echoed the significance of integrating sustainability into education to prepare future generations.
