A Ford ute was involved in a single vehicle accident on the Benalla-Winton Rd, Winton, around 8.15pm on Thursday, July 20.
Sergeant Shaun-Maree Brock said the three occupants of the ute had been transported to hospital with minor injuries.
“They were taken to hospital as a precaution,” Sgt Brock said.
“The vehicle had rolled a couple of times and came to rest on its side.
“The circumstances are unclear and the investigation is ongoing; however, it is believed speed and weather conditions may have played a part.”
Sgt Brock urged people to slow down when necessary and drive to the conditions.
