A group of 25 Vietnam veterans from across the country visited the Seymour Vietnam Veterans Walk on Friday, March 24.
The group, who were in Vietnam from 1966-67, organised a reunion in Melbourne, where they visited the Shrine of Remembrance.
They then travelled to Seymour via bus to receive a guided tour of the veterans walk, before heading to the Seymour Club for lunch.
Vietnam Veterans Mitchell Sub-Branch vice-president John Phoenix addressed the group, relaying how Seymour’s Vietnam Veterans Walk came to be.
The guided tour was given by Hank Kreemers.
