As part of National Motoring Heritage Day on Sunday, members of the Goulburn Valley Motor Vehicle Drivers Club held a display of heritage vehicles at Victoria Park Lake, Shepparton.

Despite the cold conditions and occasional light showers, approximately 170 members showed off over 80 vehicles, ranging from a veteran Ford Model T to cars only 25 years old.

National Motoring Heritage Day is held in May each year to showcase the many historic vehicles in the community that are being preserved for future generations to see and enjoy.

A collection taken on the day will be donated to the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

The club is dedicated to the restoration and preservation of all types of historic vehicles. More details about the club can be found at www.gvmvdc.com.au
