Vivid will be inviting the community into its facility for the first time ever on Wednesday, November 20.

There will be plenty to do and see on the day as well as a guided tour for those who would like more of a peek behind the scenes.

Vivid executive manager resources Shannon Walker said the event is a chance for the community to see what Vivid do.

“It’s an opportunity for people to come in and see a range of programs that we offer,” she said.

Vivid is hosting an open day for the local community to get a look behind the scenes of what Vivid does.

“People can come and have a look and actually see some of the great things that [clients] do on site.

“It’s a way to bring the community in and to bring us to the community.”

Guests can enjoy a market garden and a range of stalls which will be displaying and selling arts and crafts made by the clients.

Clients who are part of the music program will be providing entertainment with a few performances.

There will also be client projects on display such as the Up Bicycle program where clients restore used bikes.

A coffee cart and catering will be provided for guests.

The event will be held from 12.30pm to 2.30pm at the Vivid office on High St, Echuca and site tours will start from 2pm.

If anyone is interested in a site tour on the day, bookings can be made by calling 5482 1075
