Echuca is a finalist for the Victorian Tourism Industry Council’s Victorian Top Tourism Town Awards.

Voting opens on Monday, June 3, and closes on Monday, June 24. Echuca is one of 17 towns to be selected as a finalist.

The VTIC website has a profile for each town, highlighting some of their attractions and providing a four-day recommended itinerary.

In Echuca’s itinerary, suggestions include visiting the Port of Echuca, stand-up paddle boarding on the Murray, lunch at Echuca Distillery, a Green Pedal winery tour to St Anne’s, and dinner at the American Hotel.

The profile also provides insight into Echuca’s history, and some of the attractions further afield in Rochester and Kyabram.

The VTIC Top Tourism Town Awards have seen Echuca win a silver award in 2022 and selected as a finalist in 2023.

Residents and visitors alike are encouraged to vote for Echuca in the awards.
