Police are appealing for public help to locate Glen Thomas.
The 31-year-old is wanted on a warrant for allegedly handling stolen goods.
Mr Thomas is described as Caucasian, about 175cm tall, of thin build, with a beard, and has tattoos on his hand, arms and neck.
He is known to frequent the Shepparton and Cobram areas.
Investigators have released an image of Mr Thomas in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
